For how long is the Active job advertisement displayed on the CV Pro portal?
An active job advertisement is displayed for 30 days. It will then go to the Completed folder.
Fast application without a CV - what is it for and how does it work?
If you don't require a detailed applicant CV and only need their basic contact information, you can check the box "Allow applying without CV" in the candidate requirements section of the vacancy description.
How long can I continue to work on the CV sent to me?
All CVs are available for processing within 30 days of closing the job posting.
Can I reactivate the job ad in the future or do I have to create it again?
You do not need to create a new job posting. Create a copy of the vacant job advertisement, edit the text if necessary, and the job advertisement can be reactivated.
CV Database - what is it?
This is the base for all CVs registered on the CV Pro portal.
Can I post a job ad and access the resume database at the same time?
Yes, you can! In this case, you must purchase both the job posting service and access to the CV database. If you purchase the publication of a job advertisement, we recommend that you simultaneously purchase priority access to the CV database for 7 days. By purchasing these services at the same time, you not only save money but also expand your options.
Can I access the resume database separately?
Yes, you can. For this purpose, the CV database access service must be purchased separately.
Can I access the resume database for a few days?
Yes, you can. When purchasing the CV database access service, indicate the number of days for which you wish to purchase the service.
Virtual job advertisement - what does it mean?
For example, you purchased the Access to CV database service, found a suitable candidate, and want to invite them to an interview. Even if you don't have an active job posting, you can add a job title to the invitation. This position will automatically be added to your list of vacancies. For you to be able to distinguish such a virtual job advertisement to which you add candidates from the CV database, it is assigned such status in the CV database.
Is it possible to make the virtual job advertisement active in the future?
Yes, you can post it and it will become an active job posting. In this case, do not forget to edit it and add all the necessary information.
Assign a CV to a job ad - what does it mean?
If you have found a suitable candidate in the CV database, you can add him to your favorites list (Saved CVs). After you have created a list of candidates you will continue to work with, you can add the candidate's resume to any job posting (including virtual ones). Thus, CVs assigned to an active or virtual job advertisement remain open and do not disappear after the CV database access service expires.
How long can I work with a CV that I found in the CV database and assigned to an active vacancy?
All CVs assigned to an active job are available at the time of the job posting and for the next 30 days.
How long can I work with CVs found in the CV database and assigned to a virtual job advertisement?
All CVs assigned to a virtual vacancy will be available within 14 days of termination of the CV Database Access service.
Only the employer can initiate the conversation. You can start a conversation with any job seeker whose resume is assigned to an active or virtual job posting. The chat will remain active as long as you have access to the applicant's CV.
Six months ago I communicated with the applicant via chat, but now I can't find that chat. Where did it go?
The conversation with the applicant is active as long as you have access to the applicant's CV. After access rights expire, the conversation will be deleted.
Can I see the list of CV database users if the CV database access service has expired?
No. When the service expires, you will not see the CV database list.
Can I see the content of resumes if I have saved them in Saved CVs and the resume database access service has expired?
No. The content of these CVs will be hidden. However, if you have assigned these CVs to an active job posting, you can continue to work on them for 30 days after completing the Job Posting service. Once you have assigned a CV to a virtual job posting, you can work on those CVs for 14 days after you stop accessing the CV database service.
The HR department consists of several employees. Do they have to work with the same account?
No. Each employer can add an unlimited number of users. Each of them can create and publish vacancies on behalf of the company.
Can I delegate work arrangements to other employees?
Yes, you can. One employee can create a job ad and then hand it over to another employee who is involved in selecting candidates.
What do the stars next to job postings mean?
Stars indicate PRO status. The more stars near the job posting, the higher the PRO status. The higher the PRO status, the higher your job listing appears in search results. The best PRO status will undoubtedly increase the number of views of the job advertisement and increase the probability of finding the right candidate. The lowest PRO status is one star, and the highest is 5 stars.
I chose PRO status 3, but after a week I changed my mind and decided to upgrade my status. Can changes be made?
Yes, you can make changes. By purchasing a higher PRO status than the current one, you will increase the status of your job advertisement. In this case, the amount is not calculated proportionally but is taken out according to the price of the status above the level. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you consider the status of the job advertisement in advance, so as not to return to this topic later.
